Shipping

Shipments are sent as registered letters with a tracking number, by express mail or with another delivery service.

Postage

Postage is charged once per order, however many coins you buy, and depends on the order value:

• up to EUR 2,000: Slovenia EUR 7, EU countries EUR 30, rest of the world EUR 60
• EUR 2,000 to 5,000: Slovenia EUR 25, EU countries EUR 60, rest of the world EUR 90
• over EUR 5,000: Slovenia EUR 30, EU countries EUR 90, rest of the world EUR 120

You also see the amount in the cart before you confirm the order.

Insurance

For orders of EUR 2,000 or more, insurance of the shipment value is included in the postage. For lower amounts it is available on request - state it in the order note at checkout and we will let you know the cost before you pay. If you are a consumer, we bear the risk of loss of or damage to the shipment until you receive it, whether or not it is insured.

Payment and dispatch

Orders are dispatched once payment has cleared. Payment has to be made within 3 working days after placing an order; if it is not cleared within 4 working days, we may cancel the order.
